Recruiting user testers for online search tools
Can you help us make it easier for people to find support with SDS, and training for Personal Assistants?
We are currently working on two online search tools:
- Redeveloping the Find Help search tool, which helps people find independent SDS support in their area
- Developing a brand new online Training Locator to help PA Employers source appropriate training for their PAs.
We are looking for user testers to help us develop the search tools and make sure they are easy for people to use.
To help us get it right, we need input from:
- Individuals who would use an online search to help find support with SDS or training (people who access social care support, family members/ carers and Personal Assistant Employers)
- Organisations whose services would be listed on Find Help (ie. organisations who provide support with SDS)
- Organisations who would be listed on the Training Locator (ie. organisations who provide training appropriate to Personal Assistants and Employers)
