PA Recruitment toolkit published
A new toolkit has been published which it is hoped will help Personal Assistant Employers, and the organisations which support them, with recruiting PAs.
The toolkit, which has been developed as part of the work of the Personal Assistant Programme Board brings together success stories from across Scotland, highlighting recruitment and advertising methods that have worked well. It also gives practical tips and advice on how to get the most out of the various recruitment and advertising methods available.
The toolkit has been designed primarily for organisations who support PA Employers, including Independent Support Organisations, Carers’ Centres and Local Authorities.
